I work with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, addiction and those curious about understanding attachment styles.

My approach is active, collaborative, and warm. I draw from a variety of modalities to find the most supportive treatment for you as you advance towards where you want to be. I will integrate Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with mindfulness and awareness techniques.
