This six-week series combines the latest pain science research with evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) a safe and gentle psychotherapy modality. Current research into psychophysiological disorders shows the clear mindbody connection to chronic symptoms and points to the value of psychotherapeutic approaches such as IFS.
