Couples in healing, a DBT based group
A process group where Couples learn skills to regulate their emotions, understand their unique dynamic, accept and support one another for mutual healing. Skills taught come from the four components of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy: Mindfulness, Emotional regulation, Distress tolerance and Interpersonal relationships. Sessions can be scheduled for just the two of you.
