I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, and relationship/interpersonal distress. I assist clients with communication and coping skills, as well as building awareness, self-trust, and self-esteem to create sustainable change. My goal as a therapist is to create a strong therapeutic and collaborative relationship with my clients for them to feel safe with addressing and confronting their distress.
I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. In my training I have assisted clients struggling with PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, and major life adjustments. I incorporate an integrative approach and collaborate with you using CBT, Client-Centered, and Strength-Based approaches.
