Therapy is an opportunity for us to uncover a deeper understanding of ourselves so we can begin to find more ease and fulfillment in our day to day. It is about embracing that oftentimes there’s nothing to “fix”, and instead our task is to slow down, notice and then exercise self-compassion. I work with clients who are seeking a safe space to process in their own time recent and past trauma, challenging family and relationship dynamics, as well as clients who are exploring gender and sexual identity. I enjoy working with clients who this might be there first time seeking support from a therapist.
I offer a warm, inviting, and collaborative approach to therapy. Using a relational and mindfulness-informed approach, I will meet you where you are at in navigating through difficult emotions, hard decisions, familial challenges, and life’s uncertainties. I appreciate moving slowly in therapy - establishing a relationship of trust and safety is crucial. .
While working together, my hope for you is that you will develop a strong sense of self-compassion and trust in yourself. I look forward to learning more about how I might be able to support you in finding a deeper connection to your self worth and relationships.
