I show up with curiosity in order to, collaboratively, shine light on old, perhaps unconscious, patterns that might be making you feel stuck or creating inter- and inner- personal strain. Our work may involve process-oriented, emotionally-focused talk therapy as well as body-oriented mindfulness in order to deepen connection and understanding to self.
We all have ways we have learned to cope with challenges and navigate ups and downs. But oftentimes, life's hardships or traumatic experiences from the past can become too overwhelming to hold on our own. Reaching out for help is hard.
