I center my client relationships around a spirit of empathy, collaboration and safety. The therapeutic support I provide is eclectic, client-centered, trauma-informed and rooted in finding a holistic path to resolution and balance when faced with life’s challenges. I work alongside you to be bring a sense of peace over disruptive or traumatic experiences, and thoughtful exploration of the questions around identity, self-worth and fulfillment that face us in every stage of life.
My training draws on a combination of techniques related to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Relational Therapy as well as other problem-solving and skills building approaches. However, I work to never be formulaic and believe every individual follows their own path toward healing.
I work with adults who are feeling alone, depressed, anxious, insecure, overwhelmed and/or are seeking peace and healing around both past and current trauma. I look forward to developing a strong alliance with you as we negotiate your relationships, experiences and self-perceptions on the way toward a content and authentic existence.
