My intention is to enable and support you to be able to live your life in a way that is more true to who you really are. My aim is to offer the tools and compassion into the places of darkness and discomfort in your life. I am an Internal Family Systems therapist at the heart of sessions and greatly value the impact this way of being has for our inner world. My background is in healing trauma, connecting through the body for expression and tuning in to our feelings and inner world. I love seeing the benefits of IFS for others.
