Are you struggling with everyday life at the moment, or are you not feeling yourself? Do you have lots of thoughts going round your head and you don’t know what to do about them? Taking some time out to talk to an experienced therapist can really help. Together we can explore your feelings and worries, better understand where they come from and also figure out what changes you could make to help you feel happier. I aim to listen and be truly alongside you throughout the sessions as you talk about anything that you want to bring – be it experiences from the past, things that are happening now, or concerns for the future.
I’m a BACP Accredited Person Centred Counsellor; I’ll work at your pace and will provide a safe, confidential space for you to explore your feelings without any judgement. I work with clients on any issue at all such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, relationship issues, trauma, eating issues, sleep problems, addiction, anger and low self esteem.
It may well be that just talking about your feelings is enough to help. I know that the idea of starting counselling can feel nerve-wracking, and I hope to help you feel safe and comfortable. I believe you’re the expert on your life so I won’t tell you what to do, but I’ll support you to consider any next steps you might want to take.
