I am a clinical psychologist with a PhD from the university of Waterloo. My clinical work is evidence-informed, and includes CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, and compassion-based interventions. I value creating a supportive, flexible, client-centered space so that clients can feel safe to look at even the most difficult parts of their experiences.
