I am an experienced clinical, health, rehabilitation psychologist who helps adults experiencing a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions. I am also experienced with clients facing acute or chronic medical illness, and those who work, learn or perform in high demand settings (e.g. physicians and other clinicians, athletes, artists, students) through my previous work in hospitals (UHN, HHS) and universities (U of T).
I use an integrative, evidence based, trauma informed approach, tailored to each client's needs, strengths, and life circumstances. We’ll use your own wisdom about yourself and your life as we process experiences and I support you to consider and try things in new ways. I strive to bring respect, compassion, and often a little bit of humour to sessions.
