I specialize in cognitive behavioural therapy for mood and anxiety disorders, insomnia, and psychosis. I also have experience with women's health issues (e.g., postpartum depression, menopause). The majority of my training has been cognitive behavioural, but I am also well-versed in long-term, schema-focused therapy that can be particularly helpful for individuals with longstanding interpersonal issues.
