Navigating relationships is never easy; relationships with your partner, friends, children and yourself can often lead you to question yourself and challenge your confidence and happiness. Working from a strengths-based perspective, I aim to guide a conversation so that you can develop the skills needed to navigate the relationships in your life. I utilize my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Mindfulness theory to help work through the issues you are facing. I do not see myself as the expert, but one who can ask some questions and work with you to find solutions and relief.

I have focussed working with individuals and families facing divorce, and how to work best together. I have helped others work through anxiety and the challenges of any transition, either as an individual or couple. And have helped children manage their big emotions so parents can help them thrive and minimize future challenges.

Reaching out for help is always the biggest step, so if you have found this - then good for you. Know that I try to approach all my clients with warmth, honesty and some humour. But I also challenge, as that is how we change and grow. I will do my best to sit with you and together come up with some strategies to make your situation better.
