I have been working with children, adolescents and their families for 30 years, providing individual and family therapy and working with High Conflict custody and access families. My areas of speciality are: eating disorders, anxiety and depression, parent - teen conflict, family conflict, parental separation and divorce . I enjoy working with individuals and families to help them work through their challenges with a goal of supporting them to develop the skills and capacity to reflect upon and learn to resolve life's challenges. I am happy to offer a free 20 minute "meet and greet" to determine if we might be a good fit.
I offer clinical supervision to therapists as well as provide an opportunity for individuals and families to identify what they believe their challenges are and help them to resolve them. I have an office located at Pape and Danforth and also offer virtual sessions.
