Using a number of integrative approaches, I help clients move closer to their potential - freeing them from unhelpful narratives and behaviours.

I specialize in working with GEN Z women, adult children of alcoholics and addicts, and those wanting to explore psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration. With over 15 years of experience in education and counselling, I use a warm, client-centered approach that allows us to explore the root causes of your problems - not just the symptoms.

I provide you with a safe, non-pathologizing space where we can take a look at the ecology of your life - both past and present - to unearth the origins of patterns in thought, behaviour and emotions to help you break free from unhelpful patterns keeping you stuck.
