I am passionate in working with adolescents and adults through a variety of different issues, including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, addiction, and psychosis. I am grounded in a culturally-sensitive, trauma-informed perspective and believe in each individual's innate desire to heal and move towards their life goals. I acknowledge the unique experiences that each person brings to the counselling process, and find it a privilege to be included in your journey.
