I am humbled to work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ related challenges, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and worry. Regardless of what led you here, many of my clients seek counselling as a result of being fed up with the way things are. Together we will work to uncover why you feel the way you do, develop tangible strategies to work with rather than against your emotions, and spend time expressing them in ways that will work for you long term.
I centre my work around the therapeutic relationship created in session, and believe that through connection and trust, we can show up to counselling feeling safe and comfortable. I ground my work in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, however I draw on many different modalities, including CPT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, and EFT. I can work with individuals and couples.
From a trauma-informed lens, I provide person-centred treatment, individualized for each client. I identify within the LGBTQ+ community and welcome diverse clients of all ages, cultures, genders, sexual orientations and diversabilities.
