Drawing on over 5 years of experience working with vulnerable individuals, I possess a deep understanding of complex trauma, depression, and anxiety. I collaborate closely to address issues, create effective plans, and alleviate overwhelming feelings. Building resilience is pivotal in overcoming challenges and fostering inner strength.
