My goal is to support individuals and couples navigating the challenges of adapting to a new culture, managing stress, and building meaningful relationships. In addition to individual therapy, I also provide couples therapy, helping partners work through cultural differences and other stressors related to immigration.

I help couples manage the stress associated with adapting to a new environment and the difficulties that can arise when married to someone from a different culture.
