I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and also incorporate Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), & Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). This allows me to tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs.

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space. You'll find me fully present, engaged and offering support as we explore your situation and pathways to greater wellbeing.
