Accepting NEW Clients! - Do you ever feel like nobody gets you or you are often misunderstood? Do you find yourself scrolling on your phone at night because you have difficulty sleeping? This space will be yours to explore your emotions, thoughts, and feelings without outside judgment or bias. I guide clients toward understanding themselves better and achieving their goals while meeting them where they are at. I address a range of concerns, including trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, guilt/shame, and life/career transitions. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, ACT, SFT, DBT, and EFT.

I specialize in trauma, and I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for reprocessing upsetting or distressing memories. For those who prefer a more active approach to therapy, I will guide you in a walk-and-talk therapy (ecotherapy) for in-person sessions in the Windsor-Essex region where we will use nature to help improve mood.
