Hello! Thank you for visiting my profile. My aim is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space that allows you to explore further than symptoms to learn why they show up. My work is trauma-informed and attachment-based. I have a passion for supporting my child, teen and adult clients in having "aha moments" as they learn about themselves, discover the connections between experiences and the brains natural drive to protect, use this understanding to uncover how it impacts present day, and ultimately gain symptom relief. I provide Clinical Supervision (which meet CRPO standards) and Consultation for upcoming and developed counsellors.
For a person-centred approach, I combine various therapeutic modalities. Most often my adult clients find solace in approaches such as IFS and EMDR. When working with children, I utilize IFS, EMDR, play, art, and sand therapy, while simultaneously providing Peaceful Brain-BodyPparenting support and coaching.
