I am a graduate-level MSW with a passion for empowering families and children. I love supporting parents in creating deeper connections with their children and themselves. I have specialized training and experience in EMDR, Peaceful Parenting, REBT, ADHD, Polyvagal Felt Sense, CPT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, IFS and Perinatal Mental Health.
Using brain-body connections, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, I guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you understand your brain-body pathways, maladaptive memories stuck in your nervous system and unlearn harmful beliefs.
