I work with adolescents, adults and parents.I offer in person, walking and virtual sessions in Collingwood, Ontario.
I combine different modalities to best support the person I am working with in the present moment. Some of the modalities I incorporate include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-Based Therapy, Nature Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology and DDP.
I am also a trained Peaceful Parenting Coach. If you are struggling on your parenting journey, you are not alone! Parenting is the hardest job in the world and a peaceful home can feel like the farthest thing from your reality. I support parents to build deeper connections with their children, partners and ultimately themselves.
