As a counsellor/social worker I look forward to supporting individuals, couples or families on their life journey: past, present & future. I consider myself an attachment based, trauma-informed and adoption competent counsellor. I have a passion for helping parents to be the parent their child needs. Providing a safe and non-judgmental space to make sense of your experiences is my primary goal. My strength-based, client-centred approach, aims to support you to: strengthen connections, enhance skills, build resilience, heal from your own experiences, and to enjoy healthy relationships.

I rely on evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (couples and families), and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
