I am a Gestalt Therapist, as well as a musician/performing artist, improviser, and teacher. I bring my life experience to my relational practice, as well as knowledge of the nervous system, somatic sensation and movement work, vocal expression, mindfulness practices, and am TCM-informed. I have been described as sincere, casual, intelligent, creative, and easy to talk to.

In therapy sessions, I seek to understand your experience. I offer my curiosity and creative-arts inquiry to gain clarity and insight; we can explore why an issue may be occurring, and what tools may be specifically supportive to you and your situation - for grounding, balance, flow, self-compassion/trust, or flexibility/choice in coping with stressors.

I work with: general & performance anxiety, sexuality, grief/loss, transitions, compulsive behaviours, hormones, fertility, body image, gender, relocation/immigration, rural and urban living, ADHD, shame, identity, am familiar with adverse effects of meditation and depersonalization. I work with kids and youth in music, and am open to therapy case by case.
