I work with grief, anxiety, stress, anger, relationship issues and childhood trauma. As a Gestalt therapist I work with the present moment and the creative intelligence we all carry in our body and mind. Through this model, you can develop a better self-image, more self-love, self-confidence and the ability to self-regulate your emotions.
