Therapy is a journey back to our own wisdom, and to our physical bodies. Sometimes we can become overwhelmed with emotions, anxiety, and with life. Using a compassionate, relational approach, I can help bring you back in touch with the various parts of yourself, to see what is stuck and what has to fade in order to find the song of who you truly are. We will explore through many experiences of embodiment, parts work, roleplay, dreams, and dialogue so that through awarenesses that emerge, you will have opportunity to see your life and relationships differently, allowing you to make empowered choices for yourself and others.
I did my PhD in psychology, exploring forgiveness, spirituality, creativity, schizophrenia and narcissistic abuse. For 11 years, I taught many university courses in psychology. I am certified in Holotropic Breathwork, practice Gestalt Therapy, and have experience in various types of meditation, EFT Tapping, psychedelic integration and spiritual emergencies.
