No matter what you are struggling with, finding a safe space to explore your concerns is important to improving your mental and emotional health. Whether you are working through gender or sexuality concerns, past or current trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you improve your mental and emotional well-being. As an affirming, mindfulness-based therapist, I focus on working collaboratively with my clients in order to achieve their short- and long-term goals, while respecting each client’s individual experiences and background.
My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, LGBTQ+ issues, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and life transitions. As a counselor, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
As a Grief Counseling Specialist, I use a client-centered approach to counseling focused on safety and acceptance. I am able to provide individual, couple, and family counseling using systemic and family-centered approaches. I am also a certified telehealth provider.
