I empower clients to consider their belief systems and align their core values. By specializing in meditative practices and creative outlets for stress management, I am able to help people understand the source of their suffering in order to reduce their anxiety. My experience also includes depression, transitional worries, identity confusion, and distress. It is my hope that my clients develop a deeper level of self-awareness so that they can manifest their dreams and act in accordance with their purpose.
I assist those struggling to balance the demands of society, culture, and family, in order to create a cohesive identity. Through a relaxing and holistic environment, I assist people in making movements into their authentic self, as they unpack their trauma and address challenges.
Through CBT, BT, Adlerian, Freudian, Narrative and Feminist-based therapy, I help guide clients towards their visions of wellness. My experience includes working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
