My experiences have been curated from working with children, adolescents, and adults that wanted to adapt their current approaches to behaviors of anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, trauma, boundary setting, relationship concerns, life transitions, and affirming those a part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
