I have a wide range of interest areas (ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, personal growth, maladaptive thinking patterns ect) and focus primarily on young adults and adolescents. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities dependent on your needs such as mindfulness, CBT, person-centered and/or narrative therapy.
