I have a psychotherapy practice that offers clients specialized psychotherapeutic care. My practice is for adults who need help with problems like mood disorders, substance use disorders and even aspects of their own personality they may find difficult to change. I like to collaborate with clients, to think together with them about what they may need to reflect on that will bring them value and meaning in their day-to-day life.
