I’ve been a trauma therapist since 2012. I graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s in Counseling, and from Regis University with a Master’s in Community Counseling. Trauma has always been my focus, and I have worked at the VA, Rape Crisis Centers, and as a Co-Responder when I have not been in private practice.
Starting therapy can be exhausting, exhilarating, scary, aggravating, or all of the above. I use a person-centered approach, which means we begin with the understanding that you are the expert in you. You know the areas that you need help with. My role is to help and assist, and provide tools, resources, and observations so that you can move forward.
