Sweet! You made it this far because looking for a therapist is half the battle. I specialize in helping young adult women who experience anxiety, grief or family member struggling with addiction. Life can be extremely hard to navigate when you are feeling anxious and fearful. I personally know how hard it can be. Sometimes it feels impossible. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. What does all this mean to you? I will help you understand yourself better and give you tools to help with everyday life.
