We are all a part of the human family, but we have each had painful and traumatic experiences that shaped who we are individually. Sometimes we minimize what we’ve been through until we know we can’t push it aside anymore. I know how scary this can be. Trying to find the words to describe what we feel can seem like an impossible task. I’m here to support you on the journey as you learn how to deconstruct old chapters and write new chapters from a place of self-knowledge and empowerment. The more we know ourselves, the better we can be to each other. No one story is the same, and every story matters.
When I started to understand myself and became more compassionate to those vulnerable and painful parts of my story, I wanted to offer that same chance to others. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I long for all people to know what it can feel like to share and be heard, validated, supported, and have help navigating what may feel impossible to navigate.
