Adult Ecotherapy Embodiment Group
Join us for an immersive 8-week program set in a serene natural location, designed to explore techniques and strategies for feeling connected and safe with yourself in nature. Participants will learn grounding practices, nature care, and the benefits of spending time with others outdoors, along with essential safety tips and more. Each member will receive a take-home resource to sustain their connection with nature. Limited spots are available, and we are proud to offer two sponsored scholarship opportunities for BIPOC individuals.
