Hi, welcome! I'm so honored you stopped by! Finding a therapist is no easy task. Whether you're looking for yourself or a loved one, finding a therapist who provides you with the space to explore and connect with your inner (or literal) child is paramount to your healing journey. While I would love to promise you I have all the answers to life's problems, that's unfortunately not possible (and wildly unethical!). Instead, I promise to consistently show up and walk through the fog with you, highlighting the light you already carry. Though the fog might be thick, we will walk through it together battling each barrier as they arise.
I work with children and families with a wide-variety of needs ranging from attention/behavioral concerns, depression, anxiety, relational struggles, adverse childhood experiences, and complex trauma. I fundamentally believe that you are more than a diagnosis or some numbers on a chart. The unjust systems we live within have profound impacts on our health.
We live in a world that still marginalizes people based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, age, body image, ability, etc. Naturally that will take a toll on your well-being.
