I work with adults on life and relationship issues, anxiety, issues specific to men (see my website), social and communication issues, major life changes and all that entails, problems related to parenting (behavior, family dynamic). I specialize in a few areas of mental and behavioral health so that I can focus on those treatment methods and be more effective. My goal is to not just provide a safe comfortable place to talk, but to provide real results that are measurable. We will make progress on whatever issue you bring, and if not, I will help you find a new therapist.
