Hello! In my virtually based practice, I work with ladies ages 20+ in dealing with everyday stresses, parental struggles, marital problems, work/personal life balance, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and other familial issues. Will be credentialed with BCBS on 9/2/23
I reside in Ponder, Texas with my 3 young children, and husband of 13 years. I received my Bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University, and my Master's degree from Texas Woman's University. I am EMDR-Trained, and also a motivational speaker. I have firsthand experience in helping women find their significance in life, and reclaim their worth.
