I am passionate about working with individuals & couples facing relationship issues, adjusting to life transitions, or healing from anxiety and depression. I am a certified Emotionally-Focused Therapist (EFT) and have a focus on helping people heal from attachment trauma. Together, we will apply a lens of curiosity and compassion to help you identify and respond to the challenges you face. We'll work together to first understand how and why you feel, think, and behave as you do.
Then, we'll develop better ways of facing your challenges and relating to others so that you can create the life that you want. My style is integrative, incorporating elements of attachment therapy, parts work, and mindfulness. I will help you develop greater control over your emotions, relate to others more effectively, and feel more confident in yourself.
