With almost 10 years of working with adults, parents, and trauma survivors, I'm ready to support you in reflecting and moving through life's transitions. My gentle and direct approach can help you access the healing that's already within you and gain tools to start feeling like YOU again.
I specialize working with adults experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety due to a major life change (ie. pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, grief/loss, immigration, trauma, relationship ending, etc.). I also conduct psychological evaluations for asylum, U visa, T visa, VAWA, extreme hardship and cancellation of removal applicants.
I believe our emotions teach us and making space for them helps us gravitate towards what we need and distance ourselves from what we don't. This can get lost when juggling demands and I love helping my clients attain a more sustainable and present day to day.
