I believe that counseling provides opportunities for self-awareness and personal growth within the context of a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.
I employ a collaborative approach where together we will identify goals and work toward achieving those goals. I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Strength-Based approaches. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and will abide by its code of ethics.
