I provide a safe space for my clients to talk about what they are having a hard time with and to explore their strengths and goals as a way to have a more balanced and meaningful life. My treatment specialties include life transitions and adjustment, stress management, work-life balance, anxiety, perinatal mental health, and cultural identity development.
