Since becoming a therapist in 2011, I have helped countless women work through relationship issues and create fulfilling connections in their lives. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, collaborative and client-centered, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, attachment theory, person-centered therapy, and feminist therapy.
