I believe therapy is about the process of learning to tap into your own self-healing and awareness. I strive to help each client gain insight into the current issues they are facing and the root causes of those issues in order to reduce negative emotions and prevent disruptive memories from further contributing to current symptoms. My role as a therapist is to help guide you through the healing process and assist you in building appropriate coping skills and confidence to live your most fulfilling life. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

I draw from a strengths-based approach in order to focus on client self-healing. Through utilization of EMDR, I work to help clients find freedom from trauma and stress related symptoms.
