My therapeutic approach is client-centered and eclectic with an emphasis on Cognitive-Behavioral interventions, Motivational Interviewing, Structural Family Therapy, the Gottman Method, and EMDR Therapy. As a trauma-informed family therapist, we will prioritize resolving conflict, improving communication, and restoring the foundation of safety and trust.
