Rachel holds a dual masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy from Immaculata University. She is a licensed associate counselor, nationally certified counselor, and board-certified music therapist. She has experience working with a variety of populations including children with intellectual disabilities, individuals with traumatic brain injuries, inpatient psych, and private practice. She spent the last 5 years working in hospice where she aimed to bring comfort to and improve the quality of life for her patients and their families.

This group has been created to help find ways to cope with the stressors of everyday life. This group is meant to be a tool for everyone to use, whether you have a mental health diagnosis or just simply need some support. While the techniques taught are borrowed from different mental health theories, such as DBT, ABS, deep breathing, muscle tension and relaxation as well as healthy communication skills, they are easily applied to daily life and a variety of stressful situations.
