This group has been created to help find ways to cope with the stressors of everyday life. This group is meant to be a tool for everyone to use, whether you have a mental health diagnosis or just simply need some support. While the techniques taught are borrowed from different mental health theories, such as DBT, ABS, deep breathing, muscle tension and relaxation as well as healthy communication skills, they are easily applied to daily life and a variety of stressful situations. Spend an hour with us to reduce your stress levels!
