We approach mental health naturally by directly addressing brain health in conjunction with counseling. Our clients include anyone, any age, who is experiencing mental health conditions, the effects of a brain injury, and/or prefers to avoid/eliminate/reduce medications. We routinely help those experiencing anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, addiction, low energy, migraines, grief, no motivation, difficulty regulating emotions, memory issues, PTSD and more. Our brain healing technology assists the brain to rebalance itself and function better, which has life-changing benefits. Positive changes are typically noticed in just one session!
We are Dr. Amen Certified Brain Health Professionals and believe that mental health directly reflects the health of your brain. We offer brain health assessments and address any issues with natural, brain-formulated supplements. We utilize IASIS MicroCurrent Neurofeedback, counseling and Brainspotting, separately or together to help you feel better quickly.
We are a mother/daughter team with lived experience with substance use disorder and individual and family recovery. Our goal is to help others recover, whether from substance use or any other mental, emotional, or physical condition, as we find that many of these issues are interrelated. We are unique in our ability to address multiple issues at one time.
